On the first floor there is a master bedroom en-suite with a bathtub and a second en-suite bedroom with a shower. Both of these bedrooms have private spacious terrace. The lower level has a fully equipped recreation area with home cinema and a table tennis. A guest studio with a separate entrance is next o the swimming pool with a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Outside the living room there is a big terrace area with sunbeds and umbrellas as well a sitting area with a dining table. The 65m2 biological swimming pool is heated, without chemicals, it operates on the basis of salt water electrolysis and has a capability of re-circulating the water every 1,5 hours. The heating of the pool is upon request at extra charge.
