Cozy light house situated just few m from the beach.Nice rooftop terrace from where you can see sunrise on the beach side and sunset from the otherside which is UNESCO protected nature place.You can have lunch in the garden or sunbathe on the rooftop as well or you can relax on the beach as it takes 30sec to get there.There r also restaurants and bars near and its nice to have a walk to town on a nice promenade (20min.)If you like party there is Pacha and Heart club walking distance just 5-10min The space Supermarket is just 3min walk and the same taxi and bus stop.Bus going every 15min and all night every 30min. Walking distance to port/old town/centre is just 20min on luxury yachts promenade with view to the castle. IMPORTANT-i can get you on guest lists for many parties for free or discounted;)) Guest access Kitchen and living room are free to use:)Garden and rooftop too. During your stay I am working during the night and sleeping during the day so my quiet hours r till 3pm.
