This beautiful house on a plot with private forest and patio is the perfect place to connect with nature but at the same time within the urban radius of Puerto Varas (Mirador sector), just a 10-minute drive from the waterfront (Lake). It also has a large terrace with a grill to enjoy at any time of the year and everything you need to feel at home. The space The house is distributed as follows: - Common area with living room with wood-burning stove. - Dining room and open kitchen with Smart TV. - Room 1 with a double bed and a Smart TV. - Room 2 with a double bed and a Smart TV. - Full bathroom with washer/dryer. - Large terrace with grill and furniture. - Large patio with grass and private forest. - Entrance to the plot with electric gate and view of the Calbuco volcano. PET FRIENDLY: - Dogs are allowed. - Maximum 1 dog. - An extra $20,000 is charged for the stay. - Remember to pick up the feces please. Other things to note All our guests have exclusive discounts at different cafes and restaurants in Puerto Varas, at the Cancagua hot springs (Frutillar), and with Rafting Puerto Varas. All our properties include sheets, towels, and kitchen towels. Changing these items is not included, unless the guest arranges this service with their host (additional fee). Welcome items (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, oil, salt and pepper) are complimentary and are not replenished during the stay.
