Beautiful fully equipped rural apartment, built in 2006 following traditional Asturian styles. Very well cared for and with exceptional views of the Cantabrian Sea and the Picos de Europa. Perfect for couples or small families who want to disconnect in nature. It has a double bed, a full bathroom, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen-dining room and a private terrace. It also has heating and is pet-friendly. There is also a barbecue and sun loungers for community use outside. The space The Mirador de Peña Crespa apartment is perfect for 2 people or small families looking for tranquility surrounded by nature. It is distributed as follows: on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with access to the private terrace; on the upper floor there is an open double bedroom with a dressing room and a full bathroom. The entire house has heating; it is rented with sheets, towels and blankets and pets are allowed on request and a supplement of 5 euros per pet per night. Smoking is permitted outside the house. Guest access Outside the house and as a common area, we will find several parking areas at street level, it is a quiet and little-traveled village so you can park without any problem. There is also a small porch or garden patio with sun loungers and a barbecue for shared use with the other apartment, so you can enjoy the outdoors whenever the weather permits.
