The space Our home offers the opportunity to spend cozy moments inside and out, quiet, under the freshness of the forest breeze of our municipality, lulled by the wrinkle of the leaves of a large tree and the singing of birds. Our 65m² duplex cottage and its open-air hot tub, are located on the edge of the forest. The garden offers you a corner in complete privacy (amenities are in progress for this purpose). On the ground floor: - A living room with a sofa bed - An open kitchen area with its central island for 4 people. - A storage room and laundry room. Upstairs: - Two colorful themed bedrooms (gray and yellow) each offer, a double bed, a storage unit, a desk table and its chair, - Bathroom with toilet. Outside: - A private garden area with lawn and table, - A double terrace with 3 seater table and garden furniture, - A 4-seater jacuzzi, outdoors, covered, private. JACUZZI CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER 1st TO APRIL 1st. - An indoor parking space for several cars. Our house is fully equipped so that you come as you are and feel fully at home. Guest access The small town of Bréviaires is quite simple, beautiful, peaceful, quiet, located close to the beautiful ponds of Holland which offer beautiful beaches to spend pleasant moments like at the sea. All around the magnificent Rambouillet forest massif and its hiking trails. While in a rural environment, very easy to access, we are less than 19 minutes from the Château des Mesnuls, less than 15 minutes from Rambouillet and its castle, less than 30 minutes from Versailles and its castle, and only 45 minutes from Paris by car.
