- Located a 1-minute walk from Praia dos Anjos, the beach where the city's boat tours depart. - The penthouse is new and has all the comforts you need, in addition to being located in one of the best neighborhoods in Arraial do Cabo. - In 5 minutes walking along the waterfront you will find Praça do Cova, where the city's gastronomic point is located, there you can enjoy several bars and restaurants. The space The penthouse is located on the third floor, with 3 flights of stairs. We don't have parking, but you can park on the street. - The penthouse has a dining room integrated into the kitchen. - Living room with smart TV (you can connect your Netflix or other streaming service), sofa bed, fan and table for 4 people. Full kitchen with 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and all basic kitchen utensils. - 1 full bathroom between the living room and the suite. - 1 En-suite with a double bed, furniture for clothes, projector to connect your streaming and a full bathroom with a winter garden. - The balcony overlooks the sea of Praia dos Anjos and the hill of Pontal do Atalaia, perfect for enjoying the sunrise. - Jacuzzi with heater and hydromassage for up to 4 people and shower. We provide bed linens, pillows and towels but do not change them. Exchanges only for reservations over 5 nights. You can park your vehicle on the apartment's street. Other things to note Energy consumption will be determined by verification of the meters duly installed by AMPLA, respectively (rent start measurement – rent end measurement). The amount to be settled will be R$1.10 (One Real and ten cents) per KWh consumed Your pet is very welcome as long as you understand your responsibility towards it. We are located on the third floor and the balcony railing is made of wood with large spaces between them, if your pet is very small it can be a hazard. Your pet is forbidden from entering the jacuzzi. Any damage your pet may cause is your responsibility, and you will be charged the cost of the damage caused.
