Private room in shared apartment

Room is only for one person! You have your own room with the lock. You share apartment with two more people. Apartment placed just infront of the Mezapark, where can take long walks or cycle. Bus and tram stop just next to the house. Apartment includes kitchenwares, blankets and towels. Washing machine with drying function. Iron and vacuum cleaner. By check out, please leave key in postbox the same number as apartment. Do not need to leave it in the key box. Thank you! The space You share apartment with two more people. Other things to note Please pay attention! Smoking and parties are not allowed. Any other people to have overnight in the room is also not allowed. Room is only for one person. Penalty for violation these rules is 500!!! Please to leave all spaces as clean as they were before you used them. Respect other renters belongings and privacy. After cooking you need to wash plates and kitchen, that other people can use kitchen. If trash is full, you need to take it out when you go out. If you are student for long term rent, you also need to care that common space is cleaned once a week. There is vacuum cleaner and other things for cleaning shower and toilet. Your bedsheets and towels you can clean and dry in washing machine. Please, do not collect bottles and cans in the apartment. I remind that I do not charge for cleaning!
