Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment/house to themselves. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. Any breach of house rules may incur an additional charge. Smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a charge of up to £500. Pets are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise, including TV volume, to a minimum. Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Please respect check-in and check-out times: check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval may incur a fee. Take care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum £100 charge, and a £50 call-out fee applies if you are locked out. Indoor shoes or slippers are recommended to help keep the property in great condition. If anything breaks or is damaged, please notify us so it can be repaired or replaced promptly.
