However, for about 30 years, most of the floors were unused and left dormant. And now, the HAKOBUNE project, launched by people in their 20s and 30s, is renovating the building with their own hands to make it a creative playground while making the most of its qualities. This includes the 4th floor hostel, the 1st floor cafe, the 2nd floor event space, and the 3rd floor atelier. Please be quiet after 10 pm. We provide free earplugs, but please note that some people are sensitive to sound. Children are welcome, but we often hear from other guests that they are bothered by crying or footsteps. Please be as quiet as possible during your stay. There is no air conditioning in the hallways, bathrooms, common spaces, etc., so it may feel hot in summer and cold in winter.
