Cottage #4 at Valley Brook

Valley Brook offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Our team is in the process of revitalizing the Valley Brook property, transforming this quaint cottage into a guest favorite for unforgettable mountain getaways. Ideally located for exploring what the area has to offer, this serene retreat is conveniently close to Lincoln (11 miles) and Waterville Valley (15 miles). You’re never far from vibrant ski towns, scenic hiking trails, and a variety of dining and attractions. The space Cottage #4 is a charming 2-bedroom getaway that will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a peaceful retreat. You'll have a full kitchen and full bathroom, along with 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room featuring an electric fireplace. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a set on bunk beds, a full size bottom bunk and twin size top bunk. If you need more room to accommodate your group, the living room couch is also a futon. Whether you're relaxing indoors or venturing out to explore the beauty of the White Mountains, this retreat has everything you need for a memorable stay! Guest access You'll have private access to the entire cottage. There is a lockbox on the door for easy contactless check in. Each cottage has their own parking spot directly next to the cottage entrance. There is a fire pit, BBQ grill, and picnic table available for each cottage as well. During the summer months there is free access to the outdoor pool and lounge area. Other things to note The water at Valley Brook comes from a well and we are continuously working on the water filtration system here. Currently, the water is not harmful if consumed and is totally fine for showering and cooking. However, the minerals in the water from the well do give it a funny taste for drinking water. For this reason, bringing drinking water with you is recommended.
