Guest house of 75 m² with a garden of 350 m², quietly located near the town of a small typical village on the banks of the Loire, between Angers and Saumur. This completely renovated guest house combines modern comfort and old-world charm. This attic house includes a large living room with an open kitchen area on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with WC and walk-in shower. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms will welcome you. The space 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cm. 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds Guest access The house is located below the road ensuring perfect tranquility. 2 accesses are possible (via my Loire or via the stadium). A plan will be sent to you for your convenience. Other things to note - For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price and will be provided. - Conditions of access to the shared swimming pool: The swimming pool is not located within the immediate grounds of the accommodation, but on the neighbouring plot, which belongs to the owner. Guests have exclusive access to the pool during the month of August. For 2025, access will be available from 2 to 30 August, every day from 10:00 to 18:00. - As an option, we offer you the possibility of having breakfast. Fresh bread and local pastries, local apple juice, tea or coffee, and homemade jam will delight you! All our products (except hot drinks and milk) are sourced locally. This means that the breakfast you enjoy contributes to our local economy and supports the farmers who live close to our gîte! Unfortunately, this service is not available in August. We apologise for any inconvenience caused! - A large terrace on the 350m2 garden allows you to enjoy meals outside. - REALLY just a 5-minute walk from the village and all amenities: mini-market (Carrefour Express, bakery, butcher/delicatessen, bars and restaurants, hairdressers, cash machine, second-hand shop, bookshop, etc.). AND just 5 minutes from the train station, explore the treasures of the region: castles, wines, hiking trails and much more. LEAVE YOUR CAR, do everything on foot, by bike or by train!
