Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard for the winter months. The condo includes two parking passes, and we’re unable to obtain additional ones. Please note that a $100 fee applies for each lost pass. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate. •Maximum 2 pets allowed; $65/pet fee must be paid before check-in; •Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. Guests may arrange rentals independently with a third-party provider by searching for “Tahoe Truckee Baby” and coordinating delivery details directly. Availability, pricing, and delivery are managed by the provider, and all rental costs are the responsibility of the guest.
