The first bedroom overlooks Paynes Court and has a double bed and attached ensuite with shower, bed linen and towels provided. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom overlooking the High St, bed linen and towels provided. Also overlooking the front of the property is the living room which contains a 2 person sofa, 2 arm chairs (1 reclining), side tables, electric fire (safety guard provided for little people) and smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering needs and includes a dining table with 4 chairs, washing machine, oven, conduction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is tea and coffee available on arrival along with dish soap and some laundry detergent to get you started on your stay. The main bathroom is accessed via the hallway and contains a bath with shower, sink and toilet. Both bathrooms contain toiletries to help you settle in. Each room has an electric radiator which is controlled by individual thermostat. Being a period property, there is lots of beautiful open beam work on display in the apartment. The beam work does intrude slightly on headroom in a couple of spots in the hallway. Local ameneties include: Waitrose Supermarket - 3 Mins Walk Tesco Express - 3 Mins Walk Within 5 minutes walk to the vast majority of Cafes, Restaurants, Pubs and Shops Buckingham has to offer. Guest access Access to entire apartment via private entrance and staircase. Other things to note Paynes Court car park is quite small so manoeuvring a large SUV or similar may be challenging to park in the private car parking space for the apartment. There is free parking available close by, however it does get quite busy.
