Ideally located between the shops of Rue Fondaudège and the Basilica of Saint-Seurin, the house allows you to reach the hypercenter of Bordeaux on foot (15 min to Place Gambetta / Grands Hommes / Place Tourny / Quinconces) or by tram (2 stops from Quinconces and 3 stops from Place de la Bourse). On the ground floor: entrance, toilet, living room with sofa, bookcase, TV (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+) and fireplace, dining room and open kitchen. Upstairs: garden side 1 bedroom with double bed (Queen size) and 1 children's bedroom with single bed. Very quiet street side, an office room and a second children's bedroom with single bed. If we are unfortunately not present to welcome you, the house keys will be given to you via a secure code box. Free residential parking can be arranged if you are traveling by car.
