This Family Home was built in 1925. It is 3 blocks from the heart of DeLand and Stetson University. If you like you can walk or drive to shops, restaurants or some family fun activities downtown. We are centrally located for day trips to Orlando, Daytona, New Smyrna, St Augustine, and many fabulous Springs around us. We are pet and handicapped friendly, a small animal fee is charged for the stay. We have a ramp for wheelchairs for access. We look forward having you 😊 The space We have lots of room for everyone, a great living and dining room. The porch area has a nice comfortable seating for the night. The backroom provides a sleeping area, with office desk, games and books. The two bedrooms, with one king bed and the second bedroom has a full and twin bed, each rooms have closets for your belonings. Like to cook? The kitchen has enough room for it. We do have a one room apartment in the back of the house that is rented out too airbnb guests also, but no one has access to each other. we do have a washer and dryer on request for guests to use. we also have a travel bed, a baby setting and a bathtub for babies, this things need to be requested Guest access The front of the house is for our guests to use, with parking in front or the side of the building Other things to note Please let me know if anything is needed for your stay and I will try to help you with it. If you have a 6 guest that would like to stay, we always can make room but it would be an extra charge ( kids under 12 are free and over 12 would be an extra charge of 30$).
