THE CHEF'S KITCHEN We don't just say "stocked.” we mean it. You'll find a coffee bar, full spice rack, oils, cookware, blender, and serving platters. The kitchen also has a Nespresso, full coffee maker, keurig, and electric tea kettle! For Kids: We provide kid-friendly cups, bowls, and utensils. For Workers: A dedicated workspace at the kitchen breakfast bar. LIVING & DINING Main Room: Open and bright with dining for 8. Second Living Room: Cozy up with a Smart TV and gas fireplace. Perfect for movie nights! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Short-Term Stays) Bedroom 1: King Bed + Smart TV Bedroom 2: King Bed + Smart TV Bedroom 3: Two Queen Beds + Smart TV (Perfect for friends or kids!) Note: For long term rentals (28 nights or more) the home is equipped with 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For short term rentals (2 nights or more), the home is available with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to comply with the STR On Site Owner Rules. Guests will have access to the entire rest of the home and backyard. LOCATION Festivals: Walking distance (1.4 mi) to Coachella/Stagecoach shuttle stops at the Courtyard Marriott. Nearby: A quick Uber to El Paseo dining, Acrisure Arena, and BNP Tennis Gardens. Guest access You will have access to 3 out of 4 bedrooms in the home during short term stays, both bathrooms, and full access to kitchen, dining room, living room, and backyard including the pool and spa! Other things to note Two dogs are welcome with $100 pet fee per dog (we have a doggy door too!) but no other pets, including cats, are permitted due to allergies. 🐾 Pet Friendly: We welcome up to 2 dogs! ($100 fee per dog). We even have a doggy door. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies). ☀️ Pool/Spa Info: Spa heat is always free and heats quickly with our brand new heater. Pool heat is $150/night - it takes more time to warm up, so please let us know before you arrive! 🧺 Laundry: Washer/dryer available in the unit. Please bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry.
