Outside : - A shared (unheated) 180 m² swimming pool, open from April 15 to October 15 (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is gated and fenced. - A 25 m² terrace at the front of the apartment - A 15 m² terrace at the rear of the apartment, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A private, unfenced 25 m² garden leading onto the rear terrace.
