The space The apartment is located on the fourth floor of Palazzo Lercari Spinola, located in the heart of the historic center, inserted in a building fabric in which it is still possible to identify frequent medieval elements. A prestigious residence with luxury finishes consisting of a large living room, the heart of the house and a complete kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking. - In the apartment there are four large double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which are complete), and can accommodate up to 10 people. - The house is equipped with an underfloor heating and cooling system with dehumidification in every room and free wifi with fast connection. It is specified that this type of system, with cooling operation in summer, strictly requires KEEPING THE WINDOWS CLOSED to keep the internal humidity controlled and avoid condensation on the floor. We will not respond to any inconvenience due to the formation of condensation on the floor due to the opening of the windows. - All rooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes and a storage bed for storing luggage; the mattresses and pillows are in memory foam. Guest access The Domus Orefici is located on the fourth floor and is accessed by a rich portal decorated with high reliefs.
