Description
Super bright and quiet room with private bathroom and balcony in typical Italian-style old house in the Chacarita neighborhood a few blocks from Palermo. Bohemian and effervescent neighborhood with mystique and trending. The house is the reflection of this, we are interested in diversity, art and inclusion as a way of life. Shared common spaces: living room, kitchen and a large terrace. It is on the top floor of the house,equipped with a desk, dressing room and Queen bed. The space The home is on a 1st floor by stairs over Santos Dumont and Charlone Street, a quiet street. Preserve its pinotea floors, openings, blacksmithing, and original big vitreaux. A large terrace with armchairs, plants and lounge chairs to sunbathe and enjoy a starry night with a good Malbec! Guest access The kitchen is spacious so you can prepare breakfast and warm up meals. You can store what you need to share with my family and our other guests our large daily dining table with my family and our other guests. I live in the house by my two older daughters and Totó, our poodle. The kitchen can be used for breakfast and the preparation of some quick food and/or heat something purchased (NO FRYING). Cleaning is included in the week for common spaces. During your stay I live in the house so I'm available for anything you need. There's also Gabriela, our HOST CO, who lives with us by season or can message her by message. CHECK IN 2pm CHECK OUT 10am I am flexible with these schedules as long as there are no other guests in or out that day. We can check it for 24 hours before. Other things to note You have to use stairs - one floor by stairs from the street gate to the common spaces and another floor to the room. There are pets on the property.
