Private access to the beach, in the neighborhood there is a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, bars and restaurants, there is a kiosk and street vendors on the beach, everything can be done on foot or by bicycle. The beach is ideal for children and the elderly, a family place. The space House with 250 square meters of construction and 400 square meters of total area. We have some beach chairs that can be used. The Closet and the pantry will be kept closed to store our personal belongings. The surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, kayak and sailboat stored in the house are for the host's restricted use, and guests are prohibited from using them for safety reasons. Other things to note Guests with children are advised to avoid leaving them alone on the upper floor, due to the gap in the chest breaker, where there is a risk of falling.
