Duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 guest bathroom. Consisting of 2 connecting bedrooms with a dividing door. The toilet is outside the bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a double bed and another bedroom has 2 single beds. Located in the center of Lisbon. It is only 3 minutes from Rossio Square, one of Lisbon's grandest and most central squares. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN The space Our apartment is located in a recently renovated building in one of the most traditional, central and historic neighborhoods of the city of Lisbon. Next to the Pateo do Salema, where two centuries ago republican idealists who came to create the Reformist Party met. It consists of 2 duplex apartments. On the lower floor there is the living room, kitchenette and social toilet and on the upper floor the bedrooms and the full toilet. Guest access The nearest metro station is Rossio or Restauradores, both within a 3-minute walk from the apartment. In the nearby Praça da Figueira, you can find many bus stops, tuk tuks, a taxi station and a car park. To access the apartment you will be provided with an access code. Please be aware that the entrance of the apartment is directly to the street. The door is armored with an automatic locking system. The door will lock automatically when you close it and will unlock once you dial the code. It is important that the door is closed properly and starts the rotation to lock automatically. Also keep the windows closed and make sure you don’t leave any valuables in the apartment. Other things to note There are works in progress on the site, next to the apartment. Construction work takes place during the week, mainly during the day. This may result in construction noise during the day. During the weekend, there is also a meeting of several nationalities in the square below, where there is some commerce and that can generate some discomfort to passersby, but it is not a place considered unsafe.
