The apartment faces the valley, so you don't hear any noise from the street. To stroll around Gramado, you practically don't need to take the car out of the garage. Price for 4 people, but we can accommodate up to 6 for an extra fee per person. For check-in/out, I have preferred times, but I always try to do my best to adjust to the best time for you! The space - 1 en-suite with queen bed - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed - 1 full social bathroom (totaling 2 bathrooms, the social and the suite bathroom) *** It is possible to accommodate a single mattress next to the beds, and in the living room, we have a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people - We have a portable playpen - Equipped kitchen - TV room integrated with the dining room. - Sunroom/balcony IMPORTANT: - We don't have carpet, just rugs in the living room. - Air-conditioning for heating and cooling Guest access The apartment is very well located. We usually leave the car in the garage and do almost everything on foot in the city. It's close to the main street. For the park tours (which are on the road to Canela) and to go to Lago Negro, a car is needed. A highlight, in addition to the location, is the silence. Gramado in high season becomes a noisier city, and here you sleep and wake up with peace of mind. Other things to note * In total, it is possible to accommodate up to 8 people, as follows: 4 in queen beds, 2 on a single mattress and 2 on the sofa bed. However, for reasons of COMFORT, we believe that 6 is an ideal maximum number, since we have 2 bathrooms and with 6 people it is possible to accommodate everyone in the bedrooms (4 in the beds and 2 on a single mattress on the floor). This way, the room is free. * The apartment has a medium-sized parking space (I park a Zafira).
