The property has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sofa bed, fully stocked kitchen, screened porch w/55" TV, hammock, kayaks, propane fire pit, & gorgeous views! With so many extras like plush towels & bedding, games, books & complimentary necessities, this property is truly one of a kind! Enjoy several streaming services on all TVs including on the covered porch overlooking the lake! The space Relax & enjoy the beautiful sunsets over High Rock Lake from one of the multiple vantage points this well appointed lake cottage offers! The home features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, with amenities including plush bed linens, towels, full length mirrors, hair dryers, curling irons, and more! SEE LIST BELOW! King & Queen bedrooms each have their own 32" TV's, as well as black out curtains in case you'd like to sleep in. The living room boasts a 55" TV, electric fireplace and queen size sofa bed. The well equipped kitchen not only offers several small appliances, dishwasher, and microwave, but also MANY other extras! SEE BELOW! Enjoy the convenience of YouTube TV, HULU, ESPN+ and NFL Sunday Ticket access, AC, WiFi, clothes washer & dryer, and much more. FOUR sit-on kayaks, including two 10’ fishing kayaks are easily accessible on site for guest use. Bring your small boat or jet skis! Guests may access the lake from the ramp less than a 1/2 mile from the property (extra $50 Boat Ramp Fee applies). Host must be present for guest to put their watercraft in & pull it out of the lake, as there is a neighborhood ramp access code required. Ramp is on the narrow side with a tight turn into open water. Since there isn’t a dock at the ramp, two people would be needed to put in/pull out of water. Drink your morning coffee, while enjoying the peaceful morning lake view from the high Adirondack deck chairs. Pass time playing one of the board games or putting one of the puzzles together on the screened porch high-top table overlooking the lake, or stretch out on the mostly shaded 2nd level deck hammock with a novel from our cabinet. Barbecue on the propane grill, while watching the big game on the 55" TV, or listening to your favorite tunes through the Bluetooth sound bar all located on the lakeside screened porch. Bring your boat, fish from the dock, sit by the propane firepit in the evening...the list of relaxing things to do at the property goes on and on! Minimum Stay: 1 Night Maximum Stay: 7 Nights (Longer stays may be requested; additional Linen Fee would apply) Guests may book onsite, PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS! The instructor has 30 years of experience in fitness and is a certified Yin, Restorative, Deep Stretch, Vinyasas Flow and Prenatal Yoga Instructor. SPORTS FANS- enjoy streaming the NFL Sunday Ticket & ESPN channels! OTHER EXTRAS: hand soap, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, makeup wipes, beach towels, throw blankets, fishing poles/tackle, and MORE. IN THE KITCHEN, there are condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise packets), ground COFFEE, assorted flavored coffee creamer cups, sugar & assorted sweetener packets, tea bags, and cooking oils & spices for guest use! There are indoor and outdoor GAMES, as well as PUZZLES available for guest’s (all ages) use. Guests are also welcome to CHOOSE A NOVEL and/or children’s book to read from our little library and take it home with them if not finished by end of stay.
