Welcome to this renovated Lakeview cottage w a brand new hot tub in Pennview allotment on the lake. Double sized lot allows for yard games and camp fires w your friends and family. High speed WiFi and smart TVs in every room for you to enjoy. this allotment is a very quiet & peaceful w/ beautiful paved road for your enjoyment. Andover village and campgrounds are nearby. The allotment has a lakefront pavilion for you to enjoy! We are a super host and look forward to having you! Laundry on site! The space This Property has Well water and personally I as the owner have the same system and I bring portable water at my own house for drinking. That is the recommendation I would make for people not used to well water. Other things to note We do offer an accommodation for an early check in or late check out for a flat $50 fee. We do require a 24-hour notice to be sure we can make that accommodation. This is heavily dependent on the cleaning team. Thanks! This is also well water for your knowledge, bottle water is preferred to bring to consume.
