The space An amazing open floor plan that promotes conversations! A kitchen that is set up for delicious dinners to be made in. We have it all! A great place for conversations with friends and family to flow! You will also find a flat-screen in the living room with hundreds of channels and best of all, blazing fiber optic WiFi! Our home has three bedrooms and One bathroom that are perfect for all guests! Free street parking One thing that you will find consistently in our reviews is that we offer an excellent Customer Experience & Service. We are happy to meet you in person based on your needs, however most guests find it to be very convenient to communicate with us via the airbnb app, texting or calling us. Remember, we are here for you anytime any day, and consistently respond almost immediately to any request you have before, during or after your stay. EARLY Check-In & LATE Check-out: Either can be accommodated however it takes additional coordination and resources to do so, we therefore offer this for an additional fee of $30 for either. Guest access You will have access to the entire Left side of the duplex, the entire home with a separate entrance, no shared space here! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: CLTbnb supports a 100% Smoke-Free environment therefore smoking is not allowed inside the home, however there are locations just outside the home where you and your guests are free to smoke. Our airbnb properties are family friendly and therefore, if any house rules are broken, such as parties, smoking, burning incense, additional unidentified guests, trashing the house, loud music, use of drugs, etc. there will be an additional $750 fee charged to the guest upon check-out.
