This pristine home is located on quiet Fort Holmes Trail and offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, along with enviable outdoor space in the front courtyard as well as front and back porches to connect with our Island's natural beauty and abundant wildlife.  On the first floor, you will find a thoughtfully arranged family space in the open concept design living room, kitchen and dining room. The dining room has seating for 6 and the breakfast bar provides added flexibility and convenience. Off the back of the home, you will find a screened-in porch leading out to the back deck with a gas grill for family bbq's.  Bedroom 1 on the main floor is equipped with a queen sized bed with a full ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 on the main floor has a queen sized bed with a full ensuite bath (Jack & Jill connects to hallway) The entire 2nd floor of the home is dedicated to an oversized master suite. This bedroom has a king-sized bed as well as an alcove with a daybed and trundle. There is a flat screen tv with dvd/vcr. The full ensuite bath features a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The Bald Head Island Club and Shoals Club operate independently from BHI Vacations, and guest memberships must be purchased directly through each club. Availability varies by home listing, and during the summer season, memberships may sell out quickly. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend securing your club membership as early as possible. Additionally, the Bald Head Island ferry system is independently operated and not affiliated with BHI Vacations. To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, we encourage guests to book ferry and tram reservations well in advance.
