The space The accommodation includes : - A 15 m2 living room with sofa and TV - A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) with box spring storage - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A shared swimming pool, heated and open from 1st April to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions) with cover and alarm. Access to the pool is via the owner's garden. - A private 6 m2 terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Louvigny, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
