Pool/Spa Heat is $35 a night The pool and spa heat through heat exchange. There is no way to heat one without the other. Therefore the $35 per night is for pool and spa! BBQ is $75 for the entire stay and includes one full propane tank and the cleaning afterwards Key card into the community is required. Once through the gate guest will go to the clubhouse to purchase the key card for $25. This is non refundable.
