Newport Beach and Laguna Beach are both 20 minutes away, Disneyland is a 30-minute drive, and South Coast Plaza, Newport Coast, and Fashion Island are all within 30 minutes. [Accommodation] Our accommodation is optimized for all types of travel such as family vacations, business trips, etc., and is located in a quiet and safe village, allowing you to stay with peace of mind. [Other Notes] Please take off your shoes when entering the room, and when you leave the house, please make sure to securely lock all windows, the front door, and the garage door. Guest access [Garage Door] To enter through the garage door, you need to use the password manual located next to the right side of the garage door. [Front Door] The front door is located to the left of the garage door, and after entering through the gate, you will see two doors ahead. You can use the electric doorlock key to enter. Other things to note Community facilities are private facilities When using community facilities, use the daily guest pass The daily guest pass uses the pass with the host Guests charge $5 per person per day for community facilities There is 2 car garage and 2 more car at the front of the garage door, and 1 more car using guest parking lot at 10m away from home. So totally 5 car parking is available.
