Duplex penthouse apartment being the second floor of exclusive use of the owner. First floor with two bedrooms being one suite and another bedroom with full bathroom. Fully decorated lounge and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and service area. Private areas for guests are bedrooms (2) and bathrooms (2) The space The first floor is clear ventilated and spacious! And fully decorated and equipped! It's been renovated recently, and for that reason the suite already has a TV and AC. The suite is spacious, Clara with double bed, cable TV and other amenities The second bedroom with two single and clear and spacious beds and also has AC. The bathrooms are for the exclusive use of guests and have all the utilities The kitchen and service area is franchised to guests 24 hours a day! We kindly ask our guests to keep everything clean and organized. Living and dining room only at appropriate times. Guests do not have access to the second floor! Washing machine available 24-hour secure access with doorman Guests receive their keys and have access to the apt. 24 hours a day! Guest access Exclusive guest spaces are bedrooms (2) and bathrooms (2) May also have access to the kitchen to use the refrigerator, heat food in the microwave or access drinking water During your stay I live on the property so I'm always accessible.
