Please note that this is a multi-unit building with three separate, private apartments. Other things to note A few important details for your stay: * **Building Entrance:** Please be aware that there are 9 steps leading up to the main entrance of the building. * **Laundry & Rear Exit:** Coin-operated laundry is available in the basement. To access it, please use the apartment's rear exit and go down the stairs. * **Rear Door Security:** The rear door does not lock automatically when shut. For your security, please only use this door for laundry access or in an emergency, as you will not be able to lock it from the outside upon re-entry.
