Peaceful retreat in private guest house in beautiful residential neighborhood of Walnut Creek. Walking distance to downtown and John Muir Hospital. The space One bedroom, one bath guest house with private entrance and backyard. Bedroom has a queen bed, and living room has a pull out queen-sized sofa bed. Guests enjoy a serene retreat with outdoor dining space. Dedicated two parking area reserved for guests. The guest house is adjoined to the main house, where we live. The walls are soundproofed but are still shared so here may be some noise audible on occasion. Guest access Two-car tandem parking spots, Private yard, and their Living Space
