Relax, swim and unwind at this private, quiet and peaceful Portuguese house set in a little valley with a terraced garden full of fruit and olive trees, vines and a large exclusive 7x4m swimming pool. For those wishing to get away from it all or for a family holiday, Casa Escondida has it all. Although it’s in a very peaceful area, it is also conviently located within a few minutes of major routes and the beautiful bustling town of Sertã, in the middle of stunning Central Portugal. The space New to July 2024! Nestled in a little valley, Casa Escondida is in a tiny village in the locality of Cabeçudo only a 5 minute drive from the pretty bustling town of Sertã. It is conveniently located 3 minutes from the IC8 and 1 minute from the N2. It is a modernized Portuguese, single level house set in a very tranquil and private location, suitable for those looking for a restful holiday or equally suitable for a family holiday. The whole property is let exclusive , there is no sharing. The whole property can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. The main house has air conditioning and sleeps 4/5 people; it has one bedroom with a king bed and in the large lounge/dining room are a double sofa bed and single bed chair. It has a family bathroom and a very well equipped kitchen. The detached second bedroom which is separated from the main house by the covered outdoor dining area, has its own bathroom and sleeps a further 2 people in a king bed. Is doesn’t have air conditioning but a fan is provided. Upon booking we will send you a message to find out how you want the bedrooms configured. There is a terraced garden full of fruit and olive trees, and vines, you are welcome to help yourself to any ripe fruit. The exclusive to you, beautiful 7x4m private swimming pool and a little stream running along the bottom of the garden. A patio is situated outside the lounge doors, a sun terrace and pergola adjacent to the pool area and a shaded outdoor dining area with a table, chairs and a large gas operated BBQ. There is plenty of sun and shade available and there is a driveway for parking. The house is serviced by water from a well, although this can be used for cooking, bottled water will be required for the kettle and drinking, we will initially provide you with some bottled water for your arrival. We provide all bed linen, bath towels and swimming towels, there are also some games/toys for both indoors, outdoors and the swimming pool. There is free Wi-Fi and satellite tv. Access to the house is via a single track tarmac road which only leads to Casa Escondida. Sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the ideal place to recharge or for families. This is our new project and opens in July 2024. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property and swimming pool exclusively and no sharing. Other things to note Please read the full information regarding the sleeping layout. Although this property is on one level, access to the house is down a slope and 1 step at the end. The rest of if the house steps can be avoided, but garden is terraced so the swimming pool terrace is accessed down approximately 7 /8 steps. The doors to the house are standard size and cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Registration Details 154691/AL
