Cozy studio

Take a break and relax in this haven of peace. This is a studio in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is 5 minutes by car to the city of Falmouth and 10 minutes by car to the public beach Burwood or the lovely beach club 876. Want to use public transportation? No problem! As soon as you exit your door there is probably a taxi passing. The space There is a small verandah at the front and a private patio at the back facing the mountains. We encourage our guests to utilize these outdoor spaces when smoking. Guest access There is private parking in front of the studio. Feel free to take a walk around the community as the people are friendly and it is gated.
