Welcome to our holiday apartment in Kollbach, an idyllic district of Gangkofen. Our guests appreciate the harmonious blend of rural tranquility and proximity to the numerous attractions of Lower Bavaria. Relax in a spacious accommodation, enjoy the beautiful nature right outside the door and explore historic cities and exciting excursion destinations. The space • Fully equipped combined kitchen/living room: The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals. This includes the spacious fridge, a stove with oven, a dishwasher and coffee maker, all cooking utensils and dishes. The large dining table can accommodate up to 4 people. The covered terrace also invites you to linger. • Cozy living room: The living room has a comfortable seating area, a TV and a small library. • Spacious bedroom: In the bedroom you will find a comfortable 140 × 200 cm double bed. The large wardrobe offers plenty of storage for your clothes. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided on request (baby travel bed/single bed 90 × 200 cm) • Spacious bathroom: The bathroom is modern and spacious, equipped with a large bathtub, a walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet, hair dryer, towels and toiletries are of course available. Advantages of the Location • Natural surroundings: Enjoy the quiet, rural atmosphere of Kollbach, surrounded by picturesque meadows and forests, ideal for walks, hikes or bike tours (Rottal bike path 94 km long). • Good accessibility: The central location in Lower Bavaria allows you to reach popular destinations such as the amusement park "Bayern-Park," Lake Vils or the Rottal Thermen in the Bäderdreieck within a short drive. For those interested in vintage cars, the Lanz Museum and the Farmhouse Museum in Massing are worth a visit. Not only that, visit the Rottaler-Museumsstraße, 149.7 km of Bavarian homeland and tradition. • Cultural highlights: In the surrounding area there are historic cities such as Landshut, Regensburg, Altötting, Burghausen (the world's longest castle complex), or Salzburg, all of which offer impressive sights such as monasteries and castles. Kollbach is also only five kilometers from the real "Niederkaltenkirchen" (Eberhofer filming location Frontenhausen). • Local amenities: In Gangkofen and Frontenhausen you will find all the necessary shops, supermarkets and restaurants for your daily needs. For fresh baked goods, Kollbach can also serve with a baker.
