It has a large dining table for 6 to 8 people and a desk area overlooking the garden, ideal for working or writing. The living room offers a comfortable XL corner armchair and a 50" TV, perfect for enjoying a nap or a good movie. Kitchen: Circular and charming, it looks like something out of a fairy tale. Fully equipped and overlooking the garden, it is a warm space where cooking becomes a pleasure. Room 1: Queen size bed and view of the gallery and garden. Quiet and bright. Room 2: Two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Bathroom 1: Shared by Rooms 1 and 2. Access from the living room. Spacious and functional. Intermediate living room: A cozy mini-living room with a library connects bedrooms 3 and 4. Space for reading, relaxing, or playing. Room 3: Large bedroom with 6 beds (3 bunks), ideal for groups or large families. It has a spacious en-suite bathroom, with separate shower/bathtub and sink areas. Bedroom 4: Queen size bed and view of the wooded area of the garden. Spacious en-suite bathroom, with washing machine included. ⸻ 🌳 OUTSIDE Garden: A 2,000 m² park full of life and privacy, with old trees such as jacarandas, araucarias, eucalyptus, pines and a dense fence of agapanthus that protects the privacy of the space. The garden is naturally divided into a sunny area and a more wooded area, with slight slopes that add depth and character. Fire pit/barbecue area under the trees: A charming corner to enjoy with friends or family. Covered grill: Roasting area with material grill, spacious, sheltered from the wind, with its own lighting.
