Conveniently located just a ten-minute drive from Downtown Victoria, we’re also a short distance from Victoria General Hospital and on major bus routes heading downtown and to UVIC or Camosun College. This suite is perfect for couples, working professionals, or anyone needing convenient accommodation near VGH. We’ve put a lot of love and effort into creating this space, and we can’t wait to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! The space Welcome to our charming basement suite, located on a peaceful residential street in the heart of Saanich. Your hosts live above, just a call away for any assistance you might need. Please note that while we’ve made every effort to soundproof the space, the house is older, so you may hear some footsteps and our newborn occasionally crying from above. We’ll do our best to keep things quiet during your visit! Access the suite through the backyard, where there’s room to store up to two bikes. Our garden beds add a lovely touch to the outdoor space. While we ask guests to admire from a distance, feel free to inquire about any fresh produce we might have available! Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures, complete with coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and olive oil. We look forward to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable! Guest access One dedicated parking space is available on the left side of the driveway beneath the large tree. The suite has a private entrance accessed through the backyard. The backyard provides access to the suite only and is not a shared recreational space. Guests have full private access to the suite during their stay. Other things to note The property is mostly flat and easy to navigate. There are a few steps from the driveway to the backyard path and down to the suite entrance. This furnished accommodation is intended for the registered guests listed on the reservation.
