All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of KC. The couch in our home folds out to accommodate another person, providing additional sleeping space for your convenience. **Pack N Play Available. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing amenities such as high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, and free parking on the premises. Additionally, our friendly and attentive hosts are always available to assist with any questions or recommendations to ensure you have a memorable stay. PARKING -The driveway is to the left of the unit and can fit 3-4 cars. Additionally, there is space for 1-2 cars for street parking. The garage can fit 1 car. Message us & ask about our early check-in/out options Guest access The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
