Kondoparinga Homestead Room #1

This booking is for bedroom 1 out of 3, which has a king bed and dedicated bathroom that you will share with anyone else in your group. There are three bedrooms available for booking, however if you are only booking this room, the other two rooms will be made unavailable. Also note this is our private residence so please do not ask if you get the whole house to yourself. Included in your booking is access to a dedicated kitchenette with a dining table and a lounge room. The space The 30-room historical homestead once owned by the Rymill family with the original section of the house built in 1850. This is a place to see and you won't want to leave with welcoming hosts, antique furniture and interesting collections around the 15-acre property. There is incredible flora and fauna to see around the gum studded area, and access to the Cox Scrub Conservation Park at the end of the no-through road. Please note there are dogs, horses and resident sheep on the premise, therefore no animals allowed. Also note this is our private residence so please do not ask if you get the house to yourself. Guest access Guests will have they're own access to the house separate to the hosts. Please note access to the house is via steps. During your stay This is a private residence and the hosts reside in the other end of the house. They will be readily available as much as you may need them. They will happily check in to ensure you are comfortable or leave you to your space during your stay.
