First Floor Apartment: Traditional Elegance and Comfort Ground Floor Apartment: Ticinese Hospitality and Tradition The ground-floor apartment offers a welcoming atmosphere thanks to a large outdoor porch, where you can relax and enjoy outdoor meals. The decor, typical of Ticino houses, is made with solid wood furniture and details that recall the local tradition. The living area has a comfortable sofa (not a sofa bed) and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated but fits perfectly into the rustic environment, maintaining a design that reflects tradition. The bedrooms are large: one double and one with four single beds, ideal for groups. The two bathrooms, with shower and hairdryer, complete the comfort of the apartment. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided at the property and are charged based on the actual number of guests staying at the property, at a price of CHF 13.70 per guest. This method benefits the guest, as they will only pay for bedding based on the number of guests, rather than for all beds if some are unoccupied. We provide professional Swiss-quality linens, carefully laundered and sanitized at high temperatures, to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety during your stay, in accordance with Swiss standards.
