I am the Top1-5% host in Manchester. No other fancy words. Info you may want to know: 10 mins - Piccadilly Station 12-15 mins - Nothern Quarter 30 mins - Manchester Airport Station From me: Prefer lady, though open for discussion if you’re tidy and RESPECTFUL. I’m friendly, always with keen respect to your privacy. Bathroom is shared with me, kitchen access is only for essential use since I cook often. I work from home. *FYI: Guest service fee is charged by the platform not from the host :) The space Your booking includes - your private room and a shared bathroom. I stay in the same flat but a studio next to the shared bathroom. I respect your privacy. Guest access Your room and bathroom. (Prefer not to share kitchen and dining space. Piano can be used if ask.) During your stay Text me at my number or knock at my room door if you need any help. You’ll have my number at your checkin day. Other things to note I work from home. Very responsive. Hosting is not my main job, so the availability offered is limited per month due to other work priorities. Book ASAP to avoid disappointment if everything meet your needs given the location is great and usually booked up quite quick. I love traveling, hoping to have good experience with decent budget while I travel. So I’m doing the same for people like me. What I only ask for is the respect to House Rules. : )
