Our farm is in a gated community, with a 24-hour concierge and security, with lots of greenery, close to McDonald's, Burger King, and the Micaxu restaurant. We have a house in the front with an en-suite, another bedroom and a guest bathroom, plus a living room with an open kitchen. In the back, there is a charming gourmet space with a barbecue, two sinks and all the comforts for you to enjoy with your family, after a swim in the pool. Our accommodation does not provide bed and bath linens. The space It is a farmhouse with a house in the front featuring an en-suite with a double bed and a closet, a bedroom with a single bed and a shared bathroom, a living room with an open kitchen, with a table, a refrigerator, a Cooktop, an airfryer and built-in cabinets In the back, there is a second building, with a leisure area facing a 5m x 10m pool, with a depth of 1.10 m to 1.80 m. It also has 1 bedroom and another large en-suite, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite bathroom and 1 external bathroom), a balcony and a large gourmet kitchen with great Wi-Fi. The en-suite contains: 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, a shelf to accommodate luggage, a window and a balcony door facing the pool. The en-suite bathroom contains an electric shower with a stall, toilet and sink. The bedroom contains 1 double bed, 1 single bed, a desk for remote work and a dresser to accommodate luggage. The external bathroom has 1 electric shower, sink and toilet. In the gourmet kitchen, we have 2 sinks, a Cooktop stove, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, planned cabinets, a rustic shelf, a table with chairs and a barbecue grill. Around the pool are hammock hooks (hammocks available in the room), pool table and chairs, and a place to make a beautiful outdoor fire pit. The accommodation does not provide bed and bath linens. Guest access Gated community, all paved, where you can walk, jog, and ride a bike with the family and safely. Other things to note It is a large and comfortable farmhouse, with a leisure area, where the environments are independent.
