In Noja with parking space

Our fully equipped 60m2 flat is located in a quiet urbanization but close to places of interest in Noja, Cantabria. You will be 10 minutes walk from the Plaza de la Villa. Just 13 minutes walk from Ris Beach and 16 minutes from Trengandín Beach, this area has become a very important tourist centre in recent years. The space In a building with lift, the flat is located on the 1st floor of the '5 estrellas' development. You have to climb stairs to access it. Entrance accessible by ramp to the elevator through the parking. As can be seen in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a living room with dining area - the separate kitchen - the sleeping area is organised as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 150x190 *1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190/90 x 190 - 2 bathrooms - two balconies. You will also have at your disposal a communal swimming pool, a paddle tennis court and a children's playground inside the complex. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property is heated by a boiler and thermostat, with radiators in all rooms. The hot water is provided by the same boiler as the heating. There is NO air-conditioning, a fan is available. In addition, there is access to a communal swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September, from 11am to 10pm. There is also a paddle court open all year round from 9am to 10pm. If you come by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground car park. You can park on the street but in summer, it is difficult to find a parking space. No WiFi. No AC. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
