Chalet with central heating for up to 4 persons (5th person w/ restrictions). Contains 2 suites, living room, kitchen, parking, barbecue, mini tennis, lake, waterfall, etc. A comfortable suite for couples, with a fireplace, and another small, without comfort, for 2 children or young people (without comfort for adults). The living room with a sofa-bed, fireplace, round table for meals of 4 persons (6 chairs). Child up to 4 years old not charged. Kitchen equipment and bed linen provided except towel and soap. The space Land of more than 4,100 m2 with extensive lawn garden by the creek in a stream with crystal clear waters, lake, waterfall, araucaria and wild animals. Guest access The guest has access to the rented chalet and the entire property that has 4,100 m2 of woods and gardens. There is also another house on the land, but it is for the exclusive use of the owners. Other things to note Owners give preference to exclusively family accommodation. Children are very welcome, teenagers too, but always accompanied by their parents. We also accept couples or groups of people from the same family. Restrictions on non-family groups. We ask guests to collaborate in the conservation of the environment, gardens and lawns, as well as in the cleaning of the places used. (Cigarette butts, beverage cans, packaging, or any other debris should not be left anywhere on the property.) It is also requested to maintain the silence of the place for the benefit of wild animals and the neighborhood. Dogs and other animals are not accepted (except cats, with prior authorization).
