Townhouse located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is no traffic noise. The bus/tram arrives at the end of the cul-de-sac. Bakeries and shops are within walking distance. Place Stanislas is 3 kilometers away. It is quite possible to access it on foot, by bus or by bike (rental possible 1.5 km away) The banks of Meurthe are 1 km away with its beach, swimming pool and guinguettes from July to September. The space The house is on three levels. You enter the living room: living room open to the kitchen. You can have coffee or tea available. Upstairs is your bedroom next to your bathroom and the toilet is self-contained. This floor is reserved for you. I'll live upstairs. I am a discreet person. It's possible to meet in the kitchen 😊 There's no TV in the listing Guest access You can use the kitchen, the terrace and I leave an electric barbecue (no young people). 😁 Other things to note My cat is on alternate guard. It is not always present during rentals but for allergic people you may be inconvenienced.
