A home-away-from-home situated close to everything. Relax and unwind , cook and dine , work or study , stay and enjoy and spend quality time together with your family and friends and workmates while in Winnipeg. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with all the basic appliances & tools needed for cooking. There is a spacious parking spot at the back of the house that can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles. This parking space is private, ensuring that only guests can use it. The area is paved and well-maintained offering easy access from the street. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi; a washer and dryer. THE SPACE As you enter the home, you're greeted by a spacious and inviting receiving area. This area seamlessly transitions into the main living space, setting the tone for a warm and comfortable stay. The living room is cozy and inviting, with a loveseat and a flat-screen TV. The open-concept dining area seats 4 and flows into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar that seats 4 as well. Extra chairs are readily available and are kept in the closet. Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms and a play place/or an office nook. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed , an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second and the third bedrooms have double-size beds. The second bathroom has a shower-tub combination and is conveniently located near the two other bedrooms. Additionally, one full bathroom is located on the mainfloor which is also a shower-tub combination. Located in a quiet neighborhood , the house is just a 5-8 minute drive away from local shops and stores , restaurants and strip malls. Please enjoy your stay! Guest access GUEST ACCESS Guests have full access to the entire home , including all the living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms . You can enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, you also have the access to the laundry facilities located on the second floor. Please note that the basement is off-limits because it's being used for storage. Access instructions and any necessary key or lock box code will be provided upon check-in. DECLARATION REQUIREMENT All guests must be declared in advance when booking. Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is permitted to stay at the property. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS If additional guests arrive without prior approval, they will not be allowed to stay. Please inform us of any changes to your guest count ASAP. You will be charged an additional fee for extra guest per night. We reserve the right to request additional fees for extra guests or to terminate the reservation if the number of guests exceeds the agreed-upon limit. Other things to note Check in time is from 3PM onwards. Check out is by 11AM. EXTRA NOTES: * No smoking inside the house. * No loud parties after 10PM. Noise levels should be kept to a minimun after 10PM as per local regulations. * Pets are not allowed on the property. * Fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen, and upstairs, first aid kits are provided ; emergency exits are posted on the walls. *Please use the designated trash bins and ensure all trash is securely tied in bags before placing it in the bins. For any questions or if bins are full , contact us. *Extended Stay and Long-Term Stay Cleaning Fee Policy - For 7 to 30 nights (Extended stay) and 30+ Nights (Long-term stay) , please be aware that an additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of deep cleaning , enhanced sanitation and the time it takes to clean the property thoroughly after guests check out. The additional charge will be calculated upon booking. *Extra Guest Policy - Our nightly rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests. For additional guests beyond this number, there is a charge of $50 per guest per night. Our maximum occupancy is 8 guests in total. The extra guest fee applies to the 7th and 8th guest. Please include all guests in your booking when making a reservation. Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
