The Beach House

Fully stocked gourmet equipped kitchen including rice, pasta seasoning, excellent selection of pots, pans, dutch ovens, casserole dishes, knives as a gourmet kitchen should be. This 3 bedroom home, upstairs only, has 3 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen or two twin beds depending on configuration you set up). 2 bathrooms with walk in showers in each. Situated on the Lake in Okanagan there are two decks off the house, both covered each with a firebowl to warm cooler evenings. The space Three bedrooms, two overlooking the lake, there is two set up with King Size bed, and one as 2 twin beds set up. Two washrooms (one is an ensuite) with showers. The kitchen is fully furnished, and stocked with all the stuff for the gourmet. Dutch Ovens,gourmet pots and pans, roasters etc. You will find all the spices, a selection of tea and nespressos provided to our guests. The Living and Dining Room overlook the Lake. It is the upstairs rented, we live downstairs, but there is separate entry for both. Exits entry via decks also for the b&b guests. There are two furnished decks off the house, one off the living room, one off the dining room. Both are covered and both have firebowls for heat on cooler evenings and ambience. One overlooks the lake at the front, one is private to look over the gardens in the back, and has lighting at night to enjoy dinner alfresco. There are also two ground level patios, furnished with firetables for cooler nights. gas, one overlooks the lake at the front and one is at the back and private. The yard has many raised gardens, all lit at night, that you are free to enjoy while here in terms of cooking. Tomatoes, squash, zuchini, carrots, beets, lettuce, watermelons, potatoes, onions, and whatever herb you may need. The house is fully furnished, air conditioned, wifi, very quiet, and private. It has an electronic driveway gate for added security at night. It is about 1150 square feet total the rented area upstairs with the outside attached decks being roughly another 800 square feet. There is laundry services available, as well for longer stays cleaning as you require. This is available by appointment and as requested. The kitchen includes most necessary oils, rice, pasta, cereal, sugars, spices, vinegars, tea and coffee which means you just need meat and vegetables to cook at home. Guest access Guests have access to all patios, all decks, and the upstairs of the house and will enter from the front driveway thru the front door. Pets are welcome. on leash is recommended as fencing is not designed for pet containment. We do have a cat Ash. Who may Join you as he thinks he owns the place lol. Hey 97 is close to the rear of property you will hear some traffic on back deck especially at peak travel times: the rear bank is accessible to loose pets who decide to hike up the rear bank. Please keep your pets and children under control for their safety. Other things to note There is ample parking for vehicles, boats, other watercraft or RV's. This property is a 3 minute drive off the Coquihalla and you will have no traffic delays getting to it. The property is air conditioned, heated, with gourmet kitchen with all cooking supplies provided. We sit on the Lake and you can enjoy the Nespresso or Latte while sitting at the Lake.
