The property offers a peaceful riverside setting with space to relax, gather, and unwind after a wedding celebration, spa visit, or round of golf. Please note: the basement level is a separate, fully self-contained occupied apartment with a private entrance (as noted in the listing). Guests in the lower apartment do not access the main floor. Outdoor spaces are shared respectfully between both households. A shared laundry space is located in the basement. If you require access during your stay, please message us and we will provide the entry code. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Overnight street parking requires a Town of Caledon permit. A Ninja sparkling water dispenser is also available—simply add cold water and ice to enjoy. • Outdoor Safety: The back deck includes a permanent sliding gate for added safety, for guests travelling with young children. • Parking: There are 2 dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. Please note that overnight street parking requires a permit from the Town of Caledon.
