From the moment you arrive until your departure, our team will pamper you for 8 hours daily, ensuring your stay is nothing short of extraordinary. Savor the convenience of having two sumptuous meals expertly crafted for you each day, accompanied by delightful snacks and beverages. Our attentive staff will even handle your grocery shopping, ensuring your villa is stocked with your preferred delicacies. While our exceptional service is included, groceries are an additional expense borne by the guest. Unlike other venues, we welcome larger gatherings, accommodating up to 30 guests with ease. Please note that while some reservation platforms may limit you to adding only 16 guests, we do allow up to 30. However, there is a $25 USD fee per night for each guest not included in your official reservation with the platform. Babies under 24 months are exempt from this fee. Children over 24 months are charged the same as adults. At Del Mar PV Private Resort, luxury knows no bounds, and our commitment to excellence ensures that every moment of your stay exceeds expectations. House Rules: 1. **Full Staff Included**: Our dedicated team comprises a concierge, personal Chef, assistant chef, bartender/waiter, maid, and maintenance person. Available for 8 hours daily (4 hours on the day of check-in and 4 hours on the day of check-out), our staff will cater to your needs, preparing two consecutive meals along with snacks and beverages. If you require additional meals, be prepared or extended service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to a $100 USD fee. Kindly note that our staff does not reside on-site but will be present daily. While the service of our culinary and serving staff is inclusive, groceries are not provided. Upon your group's menu selection, our concierge will estimate the food expenses. A few days before your arrival, you'll transfer funds to our concierge, who will handle all grocery shopping and stock your chosen items. Most provisions are sourced from Sam's or Costco, with fresh produce and seafood are sourced from local markets or fishermen. Our pricing is transparent, with no mark-ups, and receipts are provided. On average, guests spend between $20 and $30 dollars per person per day on food and drinks. Before your arrival, our concierge will assist in menu planning and arrange any required services such as transportation, reservations, in-house massages, special dinners/celebrations, live entertainment, guided tours, excursions, private yachts, and more, all designed to elevate your vacation experience. You are responsible for covering expenses such as food, beverages, transportation, excursions, other requested services or purchases and staff gratuities. A customary gratuity of 15-20% of your stay's cost is appreciated, based on your satisfaction level. 2. **Minors Policy**: Minors are not allowed on the property unless accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian. They should not be left unsupervised on the premises at any time. 3. **No Smoking Indoors**: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or near open doors or windows. A $250 USD fee will be charged if the property has been smoked in or smells like smoke. Smoking is allowed outside, but please ensure it is away from open windows or doors. 4. **Visitor Policy**: Visitors or guests not included in the reservation will incur an additional fee of $25 USD per person per day. Babies under 24 months are exempt from this fee. Children over 24 months are charged the same as adults. 5. **Parties and Events**: Guests are welcome to host parties, events, and special dinners with live music and decorations for their included reservation guests. However, for larger events like weddings or other parties inviting guests not included in the reservation, an extra event fee of $500 USD is applicable and prior approval is required. The maximum total guests allowed at any event, including reservation guests, is 120. Vendors are not counted. Our concierge is available to assist in organizing the event and can provide access to a variety of related vendors. 6. **Pool Rules**: Children must have parental or guardian supervision at all times while in or near the pool. Glass objects are prohibited within or around the pool area. 7. **Pool Heating Options**: - From December 1st to March 30th, the pool is heated to 80°F at no extra charge. Guests can pay $50 USD per day to raise it to 90°F during this time. - From April 1st to November 30th, guests can pay $50 USD per day to heat the pool to 80°F or $100 USD per day to heat it to 90°F. 8. **Pets**: Pets are not allowed on the property. There will be a fee of $250 USD for violating this rule. 9. **Respect Our Neighbors**: Quiet hours are 11 pm – 8 am. Please keep noise levels low during these times to ensure the comfort of our neighbors. 10. **Drugs and Illegal Activity**: All drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, as is public intoxication and disturbances. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund and loss of deposits. 11. **Accessibility Notice**: Our property is situated on a mountainside, requiring guests to descend approximately 85 stairs from the parking area to reach the main house. While the main house is on a single level, this layout may pose challenges for individuals with mobility constraints. Please consider this when booking, as it may not be suitable for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. By booking our property, you agree to adhere to these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, termination of your stay without refund, and possible eviction by local law enforcement for trespassing.
