Grandma’s House - Minutes from UNC with Firepit

Looking for something fancy? Then keep moving! Grandma’s House is comfy, clean, and without a lick of fance. Enjoy a quiet getaway at a peaceful cottage-- just 10-15 min from UNC-Chapel Hill and UNC Hospital! The location combined with the full kitchen, fast wifi, parking, memory foam mattresses, and hosts just a holler away make Grandma's House the best way to enjoy your visit to town. As a bonus, Grandma loves to leave snacks for her guests. Bring your furry friends, too! Gramma don't mind. The space Located close to town in a private, wooded setting. We can often accommodate boats, U-Hauls, RVs, and other oversized vehicles with prior notice. Please reach out BEFORE booking to see if we’re able to accommodate. Guest access The entire home and surrounding wooded area Other things to note There is a $35 fee per pet. Note: if you add your pets into your guest list tally, airbnb will automatically charge you. If you accidentally forget to do this, you’ll receive an additional invoice from Jamie. $20 for late check out or early check in when the cleaner can accommodate. You can rent a Ninja Creami Deluxe from us as well. (Am I the only one obsessed with ice cream this much?) The cost is $25 per stay or $25 per week for visits longer than 7 days. Note: Despite thorough cleaning, sometimes a spider or other wiggly critter from the woods will make its way into Grandma’s house. We try our best, but we cannot completely prevent them.
